WARRANTY

All Bagman products are made to the highest standards of craftsmanship and warrants to the purchaser that the fabrics, zippers, buckles, straps and bindings are free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. However on the rare occasion that one of our worker elves may have compromised the manufacture or workmanship of the product and a defect is found, simply return the product to the retailer or directly to us, postage paid with proof of purchase and your details. We will replace or repair (if possible) the product, hassle-free, no questions asked. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or wombat attacks.
