Without going into intricate legal jargon, we can simply state that Bagman and its people are committed to ensuring that all your personal information that is collected is kept private and protected. We collect personal details, such as your email address, name, phone number, postal address and other information for the purposes of delivering product to you and having the necessary contact information to a) verify you are who you say you are and b) have some back-up in case a problem occurs with delivery so we can contact you.

The only other time we may collect personal details from you is when you register with us for competitions, promotions or when you sign up to receive email newsletters from us.

You also have complete control over the information stored about you and what types of information, if any, you'd like to receive. Sometimes you may be asked to provide proof of identity before we show you your personal information, just so we know it's you and not your evil twin.

We will never rent or sell our customer lists to any other organisation or individual. Customer lists may be used to process customer information and research customer's needs and preferences however. We may also disclose your information to courier companies in order to complete your delivery, or where required by law to government and regulatory authorities.

You should be aware that if our website contains links to other websites then these sites may have different privacy and security policies. We don't have any control over them, and take no responsibility for information given to non-Bagman sites.

However, due to the nature of the Internet, we can't guarantee the protection of your personal information and we can't be responsible for any outcomes resulting from a breach of security when the website is used.
